<h1>General Terms and Conditions of Sale</h1>

    <p>The offer and sale of products on our website are governed by the following online General Terms and Conditions of Sale.</p>

    <p>The Amenshop website is administered by Croce Del Sud S.r.l., Via Enrico Mattei, 52100 Arezzo, Italy – VAT no. 02153030511.</p>

    <h2>Formation of Contract</h2>
    <p>1.1 The order sent by the customer via the online forms represents an offer made to Croce Del Sud S.r.l. for the formation of a sale contract, under the conditions specified in that contract and in compliance with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. By sending the order form electronically, the customer undertakes to comply with these General Terms and Conditions in his/her relations with Croce Del Sud S.r.l. and confirms that he/she has read and accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. He/She also acknowledges receipt of the additional information that is available for consultation on the Amenshop website at the links provided. Incomplete and/or erroneous orders cannot be considered for the purposes indicated herein.</p>

    <p>1.2 After sending the order electronically, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing the order details (order acknowledgement). Order fulfilment is subject to full payment of the price, product availability in stock and the absence of any particular conditions that would prevent shipment by Croce del Sud S.r.l. Consequently, any unresolvable logistical difficulties, breach of payment, or unavailability of the products will result in automatic termination of the contract notified to the customer via email. Any amounts already paid will be refunded.</p>

    <h2>Product Characteristics and Prices</h2>
    <p>2.1 Product characteristics are those presented on the website and described in each product sheet. Product images and colors may not match the actual products due to their unique nature resulting from the artisanal production methods used, photographic distortions, or the Internet browser or computer screen used.</p>

    <p>2.2 All prices are inclusive of VAT at 22%. Prices specified on the Amenshop website at the time of the order are final. If the customer’s country is outside the European Union, VAT will not be displayed, and only shipping costs for the delivery destination will be indicated. All taxes and any customs duties are paid by the customer.</p>

    <h2>Shipping/Delivery Costs</h2>
    <p>3.1 Shipping is free within Italy. Costs for shipments outside Italy are: €9.90 including VAT for shipments within the European Union (free for orders over €100) and €30 including VAT for all other countries. Croce del Sud S.r.l. reserves the right to terminate the sale contract for logistical issues related to international shipments, with a full refund of the price paid.</p>

    <p>3.2 In the event of visible damage to packaging, the customer must inspect the product at the time of delivery in the presence of the carrier, refuse the package, and contact Croce del Sud S.r.l. immediately.</p>

    <h2>Delivery Times</h2>
    <p>4.1 Delivery times can vary depending on stock availability, whether materials need to be ordered, and shipping and customs times. Average delivery times are one to three business days for shipments within Italy, two to seven days for deliveries to a country within the European Union, and three to ten days for the rest of the world, unless otherwise specified in the product sheet and/or order confirmation.</p>

    <p>4.2 Croce Del Sud S.r.l. will deliver all goods ordered in a single shipment as soon as they are available. Customers requiring partial order fulfillment should contact Croce Del Sud S.r.l. to make a specific request.</p>

    <h2>Method of Payment</h2>
    <p>5.1 Products and shipping can be paid by cash at delivery (only for shipping to Italy), by credit card, prepaid credit card, or PayPal. Payment may also be made by bank transfer; please contact <a href="mailto:orders@amenshop.com">orders@amenshop.com</a> for more instructions.</p>

    <p>5.2 Croce Del Sud S.r.l. will never use payment data for purposes other than purchase procedures, to issue refunds in the event of product returns following customer exercise of the right of withdrawal, or to prevent or notify the police of cases of fraud on Amenshop.</p>

    <h2>Order Cancellation/Modification</h2>
    <p>6.1 Order cancellations or modifications must be made before shipment confirmation is received. To cancel or modify an order, the customer must contact <a href="mailto:orders@amenshop.com">orders@amenshop.com</a>, indicating the reference number and any other information (given name, surname, order date, etc.) useful to clearly identify the order. The customer will receive a confirmation of order cancellation/modification and information on the refund of any amounts already paid.</p>

    <h2>Right of Withdrawal</h2>
    <p>7.1 In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code, customers may withdraw from the sale contract as follows: a) the request must be sent to Croce Del Sud S.r.l. within 14 (fourteen) business days from product delivery; b) Croce del Sud will send a refund within 30 days of receiving the goods returned at the customer’s expense to: Croce Del Sud S.r.l.     <p>7.2 It is not possible to use the right of withdrawal on customized or made-to-measure products.</p>

    <h2>Exchange of Defective Goods</h2>
    <p>8.1 Product replacement is guaranteed in the event of ascertained manufacturing defects under the terms of the warranty, available on the “Maintenance and Warranty” page. The customer must contact the customer service department at <a href="mailto:orders@amenshop.com">orders@amenshop.com</a>, indicating the order number, given name, surname, and order date, and attaching one or more photographs showing the defect. All details are provided on the “Returns” page.</p>

    <h2>Data Protection</h2>
    <p>9.1 The controller of data collected via this website is Croce Del Sud S.r.l. Via Enrico Mattei 51, 52100 Arezzo, Italy. It autonomously determines the purposes and methods of processing and the security procedures to be applied to guarantee data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Croce Del Sud S.r.l. requires certain data for contract completion. Failure to provide Croce Del Sud S.r.l. with any data indicated as required will prevent the main purpose of data collection, e.g., it may prevent Croce Del Sud S.r.l. from fulfilling the product sale contract on Amenshop.</p>

    <p>9.2 Croce Del Sud S.r.l. stores customer personal data in servers located in Italy. The data are used only for internal use and in full compliance with the provisions of the Italian Data Protection Law (Legislative Decree 196/2003). Personal data will be processed with maximum confidentiality and will not be sold or disclosed to third parties in any way for commercial or private purposes. The same applies to email addresses, which will be used exclusively to send automatic order status messages and the newsletter (customer information, special offers) where permitted.     <h2>Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution</h2>
    <p>10.1 The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law, and in particular by Legislative Decree 206 of 6 September 2005 on the Consumer Code, with specific reference to the law on distance contracts, and by Legislative Decree 70 of 9 April 2003 on certain aspects concerning e-commerce.</p>

    <p>10.2 All disputes arising from these General Terms and Conditions of sale will be referred to the Court of Arezzo, in accordance with the law in force.</p>
