Payment Methods

On the Amencollection.com website you can pay in the way that is most convenient for you. The following payment methods are accepted:

Credit and prepaid cards

Accepted credit cards are Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, AMEX. The total amount of the order will be charged to the card at the time of order confirmation. You just need to enter the card details correctly, check that it has not expired, and confirm the order.

Paypal

It is the perfect way to buy online conveniently without having to enter your card details on the site. To use this form of payment, you must have a PayPal account linked to your current account, a credit card or a prepaid card: if you do not have one, you can easily open one by registering on the official Paypal website. Then, after having correctly entered all the data for the order and selected payment with Paypal, you will be asked to log in to your PayPal account to complete the payment. The account will be debited upon completion of the order.

Scalapay

With this method you can pay your order in 3 monthly installments of the same amount without interest. After confirming the order data, you will be asked to log in to your Scalapay account to complete the payment. If you do not have one, you can create one from the Scalapay login page, before completing the order.

Please note that the first installment will be charged as soon as the purchase is completed, while the other two installments will be charged in the following two months (unless the order is returned). Scalapay will notify you in advance before proceeding with the charge. It is a completely free service, as long as the installments are paid by the due date. In the event that one or more installments are not paid by the due date, you will be charged a late payment fee.

Bank transfer

Once you have entered all the order data and selected the bank transfer as the payment method, you will receive an order confirmation email with the instructions to follow to make the bank transfer. Please note that in this case the order processing will only begin when the payment is credited to our account and not before. We therefore recommend that you make the bank transfer as soon as you receive the email.

Mark

You can pay in cash upon delivery of your order. If you decide to pay by cash on delivery, you can hand over the corresponding amount directly to our courier when they deliver your package. Please note that the only courier that provides this service is BRT, which only accepts cash payments and cannot give change. Cash on delivery involves an additional cost of €1.39 which will not be refunded in the event of a return. For orders over €150, this payment method cannot be chosen. Furthermore, all personalized or engraved orders and Sardinian wedding rings cannot be purchased by choosing cash on delivery.
