DELIVERY METHODS

On Amencollection.com you can choose to have your order delivered to the address you prefer. The jewels are delivered in their original packaging and accompanied by a guarantee.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, and are guaranteed to be delivered within 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery time begins when the order is dispatched, not when it is placed.

Delivery takes place only on working days and not during holidays. Any delays due to the courier or third parties are not attributable to us.

During sales and promotions or during the Christmas period, order processing by our warehouse may be slowed down due to the higher volume of products to be shipped.

Shipments are made via GLS and BRT couriers, the latter being the only courier available with cash on delivery.

We do not currently support delivery to Amen stores or drop-off points.

If you also wish to receive an invoice for your order, please note that the billing address may be different from the shipping address.

SHIPPING COSTS

In Italy, shipping costs are free for all orders over €50, unless the free shipping promotion is active. Otherwise the cost will be €5. For EU countries, shipping costs 9€, unless the free shipping promotion is active. For non-EU countries, on the other hand, the cost will be 30€.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the shipping details, and a tracking code that will allow you to monitor your order until it is delivered to the address you indicated. We recommend that you always check your spam folder as well.

If you have an account on Amencollection.com you can still independently check the status of your order in the "My orders" section. If you placed the order as an unregistered customer, go to the ______ page and simply enter your email and order number to check its status.

The courier will make two delivery attempts, and for each attempt you will receive an email notification informing you of the failed delivery. After the second attempt, your order will automatically be held at the competent office, and only Amen customer service will be able to release it and put it back for delivery on the next working day.
