RETURNS AND REFUNDS

CONDITIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURN REQUESTS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more products for a fee within 30 days of receiving your order. The collection by the courier must be booked independently by the customer who decides to return the item, follow the return procedure and download the form with all the information about it. Before proceeding with the return, we ask you to carefully check that the following conditions are met. The item being returned:

• It must be returned only after completing the return procedure;
• It must never have been used, must not be damaged or dirty;
• It must not have been purchased at a point of sale or in a shop;
• If you intend to make a total return of the order, any free product must also be returned. If you intend to proceed with a partial return, the free product may not be returned;
• It should be returned in its original case and packaging if possible, alternatively we always recommend shipping it in sturdy packaging.

The return must be sent to Croce del Sud within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the form.

The items you have chosen to return will be checked as soon as possible by our warehouse, once verified that the return meets all the requirements, we will proceed to refund your order.

We remind you that we also support the size exchange service, so if you purchased the wrong size, we ask you to proceed with the return of the item following the procedure below.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR SIZE EXCHANGE

Requesting a return or a size exchange is quick and easy on Amecollection.com. Just write us an email at customercare@amencollection.com and follow the procedures that our customer service will provide you.

REFUNDS

The items you have chosen to return will be checked as soon as possible by our warehouse, once verified that the return meets all the requirements, we will proceed to refund your order.

You will receive a refund for the returned order on the same payment method you used to make the purchase. The time it takes to credit the amount will depend on the banking circuits used.

If you have chosen to pay by installments, Scalapay will refund the amount of the installments already paid directly to the card you used to pay for the order, while the installments not yet paid will be cancelled. In the event of a partial return, the return amount will first be deducted from the installments not yet paid, which will be reduced or cancelled and, if necessary, the installments already paid will be refunded partially or totally.

For orders paid with cash on delivery, the refund will only be made by bank transfer, in this case we invite you to contact us at customercare@amencollection.com specifying the order number and the code of the item you intend to return. Also for orders with cash on delivery, the additional cost of € 1.39 will not be refunded. Any shipping costs you have incurred when purchasing the item will not be refunded.
